Pediatric Course for Oversea Medical Students
“ Geographical Pediatrics”

Course description
This course aims to provide oversea medical students who intend to gain more experiences with pediatric treatment and care for common infectious and non-infectious diseases in Thailand. The course contents include the epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of common pediatric diseases. Learning experiences are provided via attending outpatient clinics for general pediatrics and sub-specialty clinics e.g. cardiology clinic, genetic clinic, hematology clinic etc. and clinical attachments in in-patient services. This will provide opportunity to learn about general pediatrics treatment and care.  

: 2- 4 weeks, all year round

It is located in the central part of Bangkok and easy to access by a short walk from either skytrain or underground station.  We have 46 qualified staffs in all sub-specialties, 350 in-patient beds and 200 daily out-patient visits.
