Pediatric Course for Oversea Doctors

Tropical Pediatrics”

Course descriptionThis course aims to provide oversea pediatricians or in-training pediatric residents who intend to gain more experiences with tropical diseases in Thailand. The course contents include the epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of common pediatric diseases in tropical area. Learning experiences are provided via lectures, case discussions and clinical attachments in both in-patient and out-patient services.

Duration : at least 4 weeks, all year round

Institute : Department of Pediatrics, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn UniversityOur institute is one of the most well-known and respected institute of higher education in pediatrics in Thailand. It is located in the central part of Bangkok and easy to access by a short walk from either skytrain or underground station.  We have 46 qualified staffs in all sub-specialties, 350 in-patient beds and 200 daily out-patient visits.

Qualification:  A certificate from Department of Pediatrics, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University

Applicant eligibility:

    1.Pediatricians or in-training pediatric residents.
    2.
Good spoken and written English language skills 

Course fees:  Tuition fee 500 US Dollar/ 4 weeks
